My thanks goes to all the runners, as I failed to find any race rubbish (gels etc)out on the course,
Normally you find something dropped unintentionally , But nothing , so thank you,
It's easy being a marshal when you have runners of all ability's just getting on with the job they signed up for.

The core is there just needs more publicity cause it's an amazing event wants to be in mid range so there's enough people doing it to keep it's close family feel not a corporate feel

The coarse is very tough but it is well marked and all the Marshalls were very encouraging. Thanks Joe for another great day !
